Bibo's World ("the app", "we", "us") is a gentle open-play app for young children, published by Samofy Limited. We care deeply about your family's privacy. This policy explains what limited information the app handles and why.
The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used in aggregate — for example, which play rooms are opened most often. This data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify your child. We have configured analytics to disable advertising data, ad personalization, and the advertising identifier (IDFA).
We do not collect contact information, photos, location, contacts, or any content created inside the app (drawings, etc. stay on the device).
If you allow notifications, the app registers an anonymous device token with Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can send occasional friendly updates. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device Settings.
The app is intended for a general audience including young children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our use of analytics is limited to anonymous, aggregate measurement and is configured to comply with children's privacy requirements (including COPPA and GDPR-K). If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.
We rely on Google Firebase (Analytics & Cloud Messaging). Their handling of data is described in Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Aggregate analytics are retained only as long as needed to improve the app. Because we do not collect personal identifiers, we cannot link data to an individual. You may contact us with any privacy question or request at the address below.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
