KidiVerse is an educational game app designed for children under 6 years old. We take children's privacy very seriously. This policy explains what information the app does and does not collect, and how third-party services are used.
KidiVerse does not collect, request or store any personal information. The app:
The child profile shown in the app is a fixed default that ships with the app. Because there is no text field anywhere a child can reach, no personal detail can be entered even by accident.
Game progress is written to the device's own private app storage and is never uploaded: collected stars, level and experience, stickers and medals, daily quests, the chosen buddy and theme, language and sound settings, the play statistics shown in the in-app Parent Zone, and whether a purchase has been unlocked. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
KidiVerse uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand which games are actually played, so the app can be improved. What it receives:
Advertising-related data collection is explicitly switched off in the app's Firebase configuration, so this data is never used to build an advertising profile. No personal information is included.
The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver occasional notifications, and can show an optional daily reminder to play. This involves a device notification token, which identifies an installation rather than a person. Turning notifications off in the device settings stops this entirely.
The app uses Firebase Remote Config to read a small number of settings, such as whether a newer version is required. Only anonymous configuration values are downloaded; no personal data is sent.

KidiVerse offers optional one-time purchases and no subscriptions. On Android there is one: unlocking the Premium Academy games. On iOS there are two: removing ads, and unlocking the Premium Academy games.
Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play or by Apple; we never see or store any payment information. Every purchase is protected by a parental gate — a multiplication question young children cannot answer — so a child cannot buy anything on their own.
KidiVerse is designed for children under 6 and complies with COPPA, the Google Play Families policy and Apple's Kids Category guidelines. We do not collect personal information from anyone, and therefore do not collect personal information from children. Nothing is sold or rented to anyone, and no data is shared beyond the Google services named in this policy. If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
Uninstalling KidiVerse permanently removes everything stored on the device. The analytics and notification identifiers described above are pseudonymous and reset on reinstall. To request deletion of any data associated with an installation, write to us and we will act within 30 days.
If we update this policy, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected in the app's store listings.
