This Privacy Policy explains how Merge City ("the app", "we", "us") handles information. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Merge City does not require an account or login. We do not ask for your name, email, or contacts. Your game progress (level, coins, gems, board state) is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synced privately through your own Apple iCloud account — we cannot read it.
We show ads using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process information such as device identifiers, approximate location (derived from IP), and app interaction/usage data. This data is controlled by Google. Please review:
On iOS, personalized advertising depends on your App Tracking Transparency choice. You can decline tracking in the system prompt or in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive or store your payment details. Apple may share aggregate, non-identifying purchase data with us. See the Apple Privacy Policy.
Merge City is suitable for all ages and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app contains advertising and optional in-app purchases.
Game data lives on your device and your iCloud. Deleting the app removes local data; iCloud data can be removed in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud. Ad-related data is handled per Google's retention policies.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
