This Privacy Policy explains how Samofy Limited ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Orbit Split (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described below.
Information We Collect
Orbit Split does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or contact details inside the App. However, the App uses third-party services that may collect limited information automatically:
- Advertising (Google AdMob): to show ads, Google may collect device identifiers, approximate location (derived from IP), and ad-interaction data. See Google's policy below.
- Analytics & Crash Reporting (Google Firebase): we use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand app usage and diagnose crashes. This may include device model, OS version, app version, and anonymous usage events.
- Game Center (Apple): if you use leaderboards, Apple's Game Center handles your scores and player identity under Apple's privacy policy.
- Purchases (Apple StoreKit): in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details.
How Information Is Used
- To display and measure advertisements.
- To analyze and improve gameplay, performance, and stability.
- To operate leaderboards and process in-app purchases.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Information is processed by the third-party providers listed above solely to provide their respective services.
Your Choices
- Ad tracking: on iOS you can limit ad tracking and personalization via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising.
- Remove Ads: you may purchase the "Remove Ads" option in the App.
Children's Privacy
Orbit Split is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.
